I don’t understand something in a training module despite reviewing it several times, can someone help me?

A: Absolutely! We’re here to help you be successful, please reach out to us on our support page and we’d be happy happy to work one on one with you!

Can I sterilize my The Cube?

A: No – full sterilization (Sterilizer, autoclave, cold solution, milk bath, etc) will damage The Cube! Only disinfect The Cube by wiping it down between patients. The device is made to tolerate wiping, but do not saturate the surface.

Do I throw my sticky pad away after each use?

A: Nope! The gel pad is intended to be reused over and over. If you ever lose stickiness, just wash it with some warm soapy water and let air dry. Be sure to do this with clean/sterile gloves! Also, if you need you can purchase additional gel pads on our web store.

How do I know if The Cube is charged/charging?

A: The Cube will show a red light when charging, this light will go off when it’s charge is completed.

I can’t get my lights to stay on! Is my device broken?

A: Maintaining a 110 degree angle when sharpening is hard, The Cube will help you build the muscle memory to do this correctly and it takes time! Continue to practice if you’re having troubles. Of course, if you feel your device is defective; please visit our support page, we’re here to help!

How do I calibrate The Cube?

A: The Cube will auto calibrate itself when turning on. No need to worry about any manual calibration.

When will more training modules be available?

A: We’re currently working on additional sharpening modules! Next up will be Sickle which we plan to release in Q1 2020.

If your device is defective and needs to be returned under warranty, please email us at customersupport@dhcubed.com and we will approve the return and provide shipping instructions. You are responsible for shipping to DHCUBED and DHCUBED will pay for shipping the new unit back to you.

Unopened product can be returned for full refund. Please contact us at customersupport@dhcubed.com and we will approve and provide shipping instructions. You are responsible for shipping to DHCUBED.

Who do we use for shipping?

We use the US Postal Service for all shipments in the United States and to Canada. We always ship each unit individually and normally use Priority Mail 2-day service in the lower-48 states. Shipments to Canada are shipped Priority Mail 7-day delivery and the VAT tax, if assessed, is the obligation of the purchaser.

What Forms of Payment do you Accept?

We accept VISA, MC and American Express credit cards which are processed through Square Payment Processing. If you would rather give us your CC information over the phone or want to send a Western Union Money Order, please contact us at customerservice@dhcubed.com and we will set up a time to call you.

Product Warranty


DH Cubed warrants to the original purchaser that The Cube and The Cube-provided device accessories (collectively, the “Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

To obtain warranty service, a return authorization must be requested from our customer service team. To request a return authorization, please contact Customer Service at customersupport@dhcubed.com. The return authorization must be included along with your returned product. You must deliver the Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by DH Cubed. You may be asked to furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with other requirements before receiving warranty service.

This Limited Product Warranty does not apply to damage or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; normal wear and tear or aging of the Product such as discoloration; or operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by DH Cubed; not in accordance with instructions provided by DH Cubed, or with improper voltage or power supply.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Cube, our website, including www.dhcubed.com, user forums, videos and training courseware, the software embedded The Cube devices, memberships and other DH Cubed services (collectively, the “DH Cubed Service”).

You must accept these Terms to create a DH Cubed account and to use the DH Cubed Service. If you do not have an account, you accept these Terms by visiting www.dhcubed.com or using any part of the DH Cubed Service. These Terms May Change

These Terms will change over time. If we make minor changes to the Terms without materially changing your rights, we will post the modified Terms on www.dhcubed.com. We will notify you by email, through the DH Cubed Service, or by presenting you with a new Terms of Service to accept if we make a modification that materially changes your rights. When you use the DH Cubed Service after a modification is posted, you are telling us that you accept the modified terms.

Privacy Policy

Any information that DH Cubed collects through your use of the DH Cubed Service is subject to the DH Cubed Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Creating an Account

Full use of the DH Cubed Service requires that you create an account by providing us with a valid email address and strong password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs in association with your account. DH Cubed is not liable for any loss or damages caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We may need to contact you about your use of the DH Cubed Service. These communications are part of the DH Cubed Service and you may not opt-out from receiving them. You can manage and opt-out from receiving other communications and keep your email address up-to-date from your account settings.

Posting Your Content On The DH Cubed Service

You may post photos, comments, and other content (“Your Content”) to the DH Cubed Service. You retain all rights to Your Content that you post to the DH Cubed Service. By making Your Content available on or through the DH Cubed Service you grant to DH Cubed a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, publicly display, publicly perform and distribute Your Content only in connection with operating and providing the DH Cubed Service.

You are responsible for Your Content. You represent and warrant that you own Your Content or that you have all rights necessary to grant us a license to use Your Content as described in these Terms. You also represent and warrant that Your Content and the use and provision of Your Content on the DH Cubed Service will not: (a) infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; (b) violate, or encourage any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability; (c) be fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive; (d) be defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive; (e) promote discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (f) be violent or threatening or promote violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity; or (g) promote illegal or harmful activities or substances.

You also agree that Your Content will comply with the following community guidelines:

  • Be respectful of the opinions of others. Even though you might not agree with someone, that doesn’t mean they are wrong or deserve to be belittled. Remember that what works for you may not work for everyone else. Give everyone the same courtesy you would expect in return.
  • Do not post profane or explicit content.
  • Do not post profile pictures that might be considered inappropriate.
  • Do not post communications that could be interpreted as threatening or harassing.
  • Do not post, advertise, or promote products or services commercially.

DH Cubed’s Rights

“DH Cubed Content” includes any text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, works of authorship of any kind, and information or other materials that are posted, generated, provided or otherwise made available through the DH Cubed Service to you. Except for Your Content, DH Cubed Content, the DH Cubed Service and its underlying technology are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, intellectual property, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. You agree not to remove, change or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the DH Cubed Service.

The DH Cubed Service is intended for your individual use.

DH Cubed grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to (1) access and view the DH Cubed Content, (2) access and use the software and videos provided by the DH Cubed Service, and (3) use the software that is embedded into DH Cubed products as authorized in these Terms. This license is provided solely for your personal use and enjoyment of the DH Cubed Service as permitted in these Terms.

You will not use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast or otherwise exploit the DH Cubed Content, DH Cubed Service or any portion thereof, except as expressly permitted in these Terms. No licenses or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise under any intellectual property rights owned or controlled by DH Cubed or its licensors, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions.
